COVID-19 UPDATE
Eye to Eye Clinic in West Linn is open by appointment only

Eye to Eye Clinic is a healthcare facility and requires all patients & staff to wear face masks.
This requirement will expire on April 3rd, 2023.


→ When you arrive to your appointment please stay in your vehicle and call us. We will make sure that our office is sanitized and ready and then meet you at the door to let you in. Our door is locked at all times.

→ If you currently have any cold or flu-like symptoms (including a fever, cough, sore throat, or difficulty breathing) your appointment will be rescheduled to a later date.

→ Please arrive by yourself to your appointment. Exceptions will be made for minors or elderly patients that require assistance during their exam.

→ All frames are disinfected with a UV light before and after handling.

Appointments are required for all services, including picking up glasses. This is to ensure we have a member of our staff to assist you! Our opticians will ensure that your glasses fit you perfectly and demonstrate how to use your new glasses during a brief optical appointment.
